Jasprit Bumrah who is the indian Star fast bowler is suffering from back problem and is likely to under go surgery and due to this reason he is going to miss this IPL season 2023, his problem was not taken seriously that is the reason he missed the world cup.

The IPL starts from March 31 and Bumrah’s injury has dealt a major blow to the Rohit Sharma-led Mumbai Indians. NDTV quoted sources as saying that Bumrah will not be available for the final of the World Test Championship to be held in June. India are most likely to qualify for the Test Championship.

Jasprit Bumrah was ruled out of the Asia Cup in August due to a back injury, since then he has made several attempts to return to the team.

He has been suffering from this problem Before t20 worldcup and management included him in worldcup squad but was dropped due to bad condition he played the last two T20 matches against Australia on 23 and 25 September.

Bumrah resumed his training in the late December and January after the rehabilitation in the November and December but before series Sri Lanka and then Australia in the training sessions he felt that problem again and eventually ruled out of the series against Sri Lanka and Australia.

The Indian team management and captain Rohit Sharma want Bumrah to return to the team only after regaining his full fitness. Rohit Sharma has also warned against bringing Bumrah into the team before he is fully fit.

Jasprit Bumrah is one of the best bowler in indian team and he is back bone of their bowling unit but unfortunately he is not part of indian cricket team from a long time but Indian fans and mumbai fans will miss him in the IPL season 2023. (Source Daily Pakistan)
