Kylian Mbappe has been named France’s new captain.
Mbappe has been named captain following the resignation of former captain Hugo Lloris, according to a foreign news agency. Hugo Lloris retired from international football after France’s defeat in the FIFA World Cup final last year.

The new captain of the French football team has 36 goals in 66 matches for France. It should be noted that Argentina defeated France in the FIFA World Cup final.
