Muhammad Hafeez, a former captain of Pakistan, is honoured
The award was given to the former all-rounder in honour of his great career. Mohammad Hafeez is the 25th Pakistani to join the MCC as a life member, it should be mentioned.
MCC Honorary Life Members include two non-playing figures and 23 former Pakistani cricketers. Arif Abbasi and Ehsan Mani, who got these awards in 1991 and 2003, respectively, are two of these non-playing individuals.
