The yorkers of prominent Pakistani pacer Shaheen Afridi and India’s Jasprit Bumrah have been compared in an intriguing way by Australian captain Pat Cummins.

The Australian pacer described the 22-year-old fast bowler’s yorkers as being more lethal than outstanding Indian bowling while appearing on “You Have to Respond.”

Due to their bowling prowess and consistency in capturing wickets in all three formats of cricket, former players and experts frequently compare both fast bowlers.

Abdul Razzaq, a former cricketer for Pakistan, asserted last month that Shaheen is a superior bowler to Bumrah and that the Indian pacer is in no way comparable to Shaheen.

The former all-rounder claimed that despite playing seven years of international cricket for India, he hasn’t really had an influence at the highest level.

Shaheen, on the other hand, has quickly established himself as a complete pacer not only in Pakistan but also internationally, according to Abdul Razzaq.

However, Shaheen and Bumrah have both recently battled injuries, with the former remaining sidelined due to injury for the present Border-Gavaskar Trophy.
