The woman accused Imran Nazir of stealing money and failing to return the flat
Madiha Bibi has filed a civil case in Lahore against cricketer Imran Nazir. Judge Mahmood Afzal Shah issued a restraining order on the woman’s petition and has requested responses from other parties, including Imran Nazir, at the next hearing.
The woman claims in the application that she paid 42 lakhs for a flat in a private housing society for Imran Nazir, but he has yet to give up possession or return the money.
During her court appearance, the woman stated, “I trusted Imran Nazir as a national hero, but he cheated, and I request the court to order money or a flat.”
